Cream of Whatever Soup

My friend asked for this recipe so you get it too. This is for homemade Cream of ? Soup.

Dry Mix:
2c powdered milk
1c cornstarch
3T boulloin
2T minced dried onions
1/4t pepper
Store in airtight container.

To reconstitute:
1/3c dry mix
1 1/4c milk or water
Boil and stir until thick

Add mushrooms, cheese, chicken, veggies, etc to make the “whatever” part more specific.

    It has never occured to me to try making my own cream of whatever. Hmm. Maybe I will give it a try!
