I’m nothing if not consistent. I know my loyal followers have been planning your lives around my “Month of Menus” but I got side tracked. We went out of town for 5 days. That explains why you haven’t had a post in a month right? And now I am taking another 12 week hiatus because we are on a diet. No, a 12 week body makeover. Hubby and I are doing the Body For Life Challenge. It’s 12 weeks of 6 balanced meals per day. When you fix 6 meals a day NONE of them are worth posting. Feel free to buy Bill Phillip’s cookbook. I’ll see you again in March with something yummy to eat.
